A: Except in rare cases, Medicare Part A and Part B will not cover dental care, nor do they cover the purchase of dentures. (Medicare Part A may pay for dental services you receive during a hospital stay.)

However, some Medicare Advantage (Part C) policies cover dental care and the cost of dentures.

You can also purchase a dental savings plan, which offers discounts on dental care similar to discounts on items offered by warehouse clubs.
