Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

In the majority of quote requests, we only need a ZIP code and a small amount of other personally-identifiable information before redirecting you to a partner who will provide you with health insurance quotes. These online quoting vendors service customers in the ZIP code you entered and may allow you to get pricing anonymously, without you needing to provide your contact information.

How we Collect your Personal Information

We collect your Personal Information in the following ways, pursuant to applicable law:

• Directly From You, such as when you use our Services, register for an account, contact us, respond to a survey, sign up to receive emails, text messages, and/or postal mailings;
• Through Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies, such as when you visit the Website, open or click on emails we send you, or interact with our advertisements from us, our service providers or third parties we work with.
• From Our Third Party Partners, such as third parties that we have partnered with to provide you the Services that you have requested from us. This may include our vendors, joint marketing partners and social media platforms.
• Other Sources, such as data analytics providers or publicly available sources. We may also obtain information from our affiliates.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Sharing Information

We may disclose Personal Information to operate our business and provide support for our Services, provide communications and advertise or market our Services, respond and comply with legal requests, or with your Consent.

Updating your Communications Choices

You also have a right to request not to receive telemarketing calls from us by asking us to place your telephone number on our internal Do Not Call List (“DNC List”).

To opt out of “selling,” “sharing,” and “targeted advertising” involving your personal information, please complete the following steps:

• Select “Your Privacy Choices” link at the bottom of our website page;
• Turn the “Allow Sale/Sharing/Targeted Advertising” toggle to the “off” position (to the left) and click “Confirm Choices” to opt-out of Cookie-based selling, sharing, and targeted advertising; and
